The HIV epidemic is changing rapidly in especially among injectin g drug users. Estimates in 2004 indicate a move from a nascent epidemic to a con centrated epidemic among injecting drug users in Sindh, a situation not very dif ferent from other countries of Asia and the rest of the world.
